The Battleground Mobile India Pro Series BMPS 2026 is starting from May 6th to 21st June 2026. Total of 64 invited teams will face each other for the crown. This time Prize Pool will be 2 crore rupees.
Names of teams are yet to be announced by Krafton for this BMPS 2026. Even we all are having back to back updates of players Joining and Releasing by many top organizations. Many top organizations as SOUL, GODLIKE, REVENANT XSPARK, K9 ESPORTS, GODLIKE will be preparing for this major BGMI event.
Format of this BMPS 2026 will be different from previous edition. It will be Held in Five stages having Qualifiers, Survival Stage, Semifinals, Last Chance and Grand Finals. Complete format of BMPS 2026 is explained as:
- Qualifier Stage – May 6 to May 31, 2026
- Survival Stage – June 2 to June 5, 2026
- Semi Finals – June 9 to June 12, 2026
- Last Chance – June 13 to June 14, 2026
- Grand Finals – June 19 to June 21, 2026
BMPS 2026 Detailed Explaination:
BMPS 2026 Qualifiers Stage: May 6 to 31
The Qualifiers will be played in four rounds where total of 64 teams will be divided into 4 groups A, B, C, D based on there performances in previous official tournament. Each of them will play 24 matches (6 matches per round).
The Promotion and Relegation system will move teams positioning up and down in the Qualifiers Stage. This method will be used after every round of the stage.
After every round, top 4 teams from Group B, C and D will be promoted to one group above B to A, C to B and D to C. Remaining 5th to 12th spot teams will be unchanged they will represent same Group. The bottom four teams from Groups A, B and C will relegated to Group B, C and D respectively.
The progression from the qualifiers to the next stages is as follows:
The Top 8 teams from Group A will directly secure there spot in Grand Finals of BMPS 2026.
The bottom 8 teams from Group A and top 8 teams from Group B will move to Semi Finals.
The remaining all teams from Bottom 8 of Group B, all 16 teams from Group C and Top 8 from Group D will be moved to Survival Stage.
Bottom 8 teams from Group D will be eliminated from BMPS 2026
Survival Stage – June 2 to 5
Remaining 32 teams from Qualifiers will play in survival stage. They will be divided into 4 groups with 8 teams. These group will play in Round Robin format and each team will play 12 games
The progression from the Survival Stage to the next stages is as follows:
Top 8 Teams advanced to Semi Finals.
Bottom 24 teams will be eliminated from BMPS 2026.
Semi Finals – June 9 to 12
We got 24 teams for semi Finals, 16 from Qualifiers and 8 from Survival Stage. They will be divided into 3 groups A, B and C. Which will play 16 games in Double Round Robin format. ( AxB, BxC and AxC ).
The progression from the Semi Finals Stage to the next stages is as follows:
Top 6 teams direct to Grand Finals.
7th to 22nd ranked teams will move to last chance.
Bottom 2 teams will be eliminated from BMPS 2026.
Last Chance – June 13 to 14
16 teams from semi finals will compete in 12 matches for 2 days. Only top 2 teams will get a spot in Grand Finals, Remaining 14 teams will be eliminated from BMPS 2026.
Grand Finals – June 19 to 21
The Grand Finals will will now have 16 final teams, 8 from Qualifiers, 6 from Semi Finals and Two from Survival Stage. Grand Finals will run for 3 days every team will play 18 matches of total and we will get our Champion of BMPS 2026.
